Forman & Rist represent serious car accident victims and their families in death cases throughout West Virginia. We have decades of experience helping people in West Virginia who are injured by the negligence of others. When we work on a case where a victim has been seriously injured or killed in an accident, we immediately hire investigators to document the scene of the accident so that important information is not lost. We also work to establish contact with the negligent party’s insurance company and we get information from the police department that worked the scene of the accident. Many of this information is critical to evaluating a case thoroughly before deciding whether an offer by an insurance company is reasonable.
